Subject: CIS (Pharmexcil Business Delegation to Kazakhstan, Tajikistan & Uzbekistan during 22nd – 30th July 2024 (MAI assistance available).

We are pleased to inform you that Pharmexcil with the support of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India is organizing Business Delegation to Kazakhstan, Tajikistan & Uzbekistan during the month of July 2024.

Considering the nature of CIS region falling into the Focus area for pharmaceutical exports from India and the potential for Generics and APIs, especially with the emerging business opportunities in CIS region, Pharmexcil proposes to organize a Business Delegation (physical) to Kazakhstan (Almaty), Tajikistan (Dushanbe) and Uzbekistan (Tashkent) during 22nd July 2024 to 30th July 2024.

As part of the Business Delegation, Buyer Seller Meets will be organized at each country along with meetings with the Regulatory officials and prominent trade associations. We are proposing to invite Business delegates from neighbouring countries as well for B2B meetings with Indian delegation. 






Participation Fee (Non-Refundable): Rs. 75,000/- per company


Participation fee includes BSM set up at all Destinations, local transfers wherever required for Government meetings, Regulatory meetings etc. The amount is refunded only if the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Mission/Council.


Registration:  Members are requested to submit the mandatory Registration google form as per the link below:




Post submission of the Registration form, you are required to pay the participation fee of INR 75,000/- in favour of “Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India” and share the payment details with accounts2@pharmexcil.com. (Bank details given below)


Timeline:Deadline for Registration & Final payment is 3rd June 2024. Members may please note that confirmation of your participation is based on receipt of the payment only.


Travel & Logistics:The suggested Flight itinerary, Hotel names and tariffs (in consultation with Indian Missions abroad) will be communicated in due course. Member companies are required to secure their business visas and make their reservations directly. The council will arrange required visa invitations from destination countries and issue visa recommendation letters for the participating Indian delegates.




Under the MAI scheme, the Director/Partner/Proprietor/Senior Managers can avail reimbursement of 50% of economy class airfare for one person subject to a maximum of INR 90,000/- per company.

•      Participation to all three destinations is mandatory to claim MAI assistance.

•      Destination can undergo changes / modifications / cancellation subject to our Embassy/Missions advice in view of unavoidable circumstances.
