RETURN / REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY |
1. Full refund is allowed in the following scenarios:
a. There is a change in venue or dates of the exhibitions due to which an exhibitor is unable to participate.
2. Refund of space rent / participation charges, on account of cancellationby the applicants after reserving a stall by themselves / waiting list allotment of space:
a. After successful realization of the participation charges into iPHEX account, then 100% stall charges money deposited will be for feited, irrespective of the date of allotment of stall.
b. All requests are to be mandatorily made through email to accounts@pharmexcil.com / support@pharmexcil.com.
3. All refunds shall be processed after the completion of the exhibition and may take up to two months’ time:
