IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS. |
- Computer generated invoice will be available immediately after reservation
- The full and final payment of the total invoice amount is to be paid within 10 days from the date of stall booking (failing which reserved stall/s will get released automatically, without any further information and the stall/s will be auto assigned to the next in-line companies).
- You are required to update the payment status online in the given format using your login id and password.
- Payment done against stall reservation will be non-refundable.

Note: Members/group companies are required to refrain from blocking stalls at various locations in different company names. Council exercises its right to release such bookings, without any notice to the members, unless a written confirmation (accounts@pharmexcil.com) is received from the members stating that they wish to exhibit in all the locations reserved by them. |
