We are glad to inform that PHARMEXCIL is organizing INDIA PAVILION at ASIA PHARMA EXPO 2024 being held at Bangabandhu Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center (BBCFEC), Dhaka Bangladesh from 29 Feb – 2 Mar 2024.

This Exhibition is being organized by GPE EXPO PVT. LTD. jointly with the Bangladesh Association of Pharmaceutical industries since year 2003 at Dhaka, offering an unparalleled international trade platform to the entrepreneurs manufacturing and exporting the pharma engineering machineries and pharma bulk active chemicals to explore the business with the Bangladesh pharmaceutical industry.

The pharmaceutical sector of Bangladesh is progressing in multifold. Apart from meeting the domestic demands of pharma formulations, the pharma industry is also earning huge foreign exchange from the exports. With the existing market value of about USD 3 billion, the Bangladesh pharma manufacturing industry is rapidly marching ahead with great potential as 98% of the country’s total demand for medicine is being met by nearly 300 domestic manufacturers, which is a milestone in the history of the Bangladesh pharmaceutical industry. At the same time, these local manufacturers are exporting as well to more than 127 countries across the world.

The anticipated market size of the Bangladesh pharmaceutical industry is more than USD 6 billion by 2025 with an absolute growth of 114% from 2019 levels, while the pharma exports of Bangladesh is likely to cross USD 450 Million by 2025. The share of the local manufacturing companies is above 90%.

An encouraging development is more than 47 units at API Manufacturing Park are coming up near Dhaka. The Bangladesh pharma industry now meets around 98% of the local demand for medicines, which is a milestone in the history of pharmaceutical industry.

API PARK offers immense potential for the Indian API and Pharma Bulk Active manufacturers to have Joint Ventures, Technology Tie-ups, and exports of the raw materials/pharma chemicals.

Asia Pharma Expo will complete 22 years presence in Bangladesh pharmaceutical industry, and offering an unparalleled business platform for the entire spectrum of the pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies & solution providers networking with the comprehensively all the fraternity of pharma manufacturing plant professionals along with the Regulatory, Research, Academics, and local Indenting Partners. Cost of Participation:

India Pavilion is being organized in 207 sq. meters of each 9 sq.mts (3x3) and the details are as follows:

9 sq. meter                 14 stalls :: Rs. 2.00 lakhs each

9 sq. meter corner       9 stalls :: Rs. 2.20 lakhs each

Allotment of Stalls:

With a view to make the allotment procedure easy and transparent, we made the reservation of stalls online. Interested members may please click on the following link and reserve as per your choice.

Payments:

Members are required to make the full payment within 10 days of making reservation, failing which their reservation automatically gets cancelled. Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Amount paid will be forfeited.

MAI Support to the Participants:

India Pavilion stalls are priced at concessional rates already, taking into account of the financial assistance available from Government. In addition, Members will be reimbursed their travelling expenses to a maximum extent of Rs.90,000/- per member per company and subject to the provisions of MAI scheme Latest Guidelines & release of funds by Government.

• The exhibitor should be a member of the Council and have completed one year of membership.
• Export turnover of the exhibitor should be less than/upto Rs.50 crores during previous financial year.
• Should not have participated through our Pavilion in Asia Pharma Expo for not more than 3 years.

Eligible members may use the following link to submit their claims for reimbursement of above assistance within 30 (thirty) days of completion of the event.
