In continuation to our earlier emails with regard to the PHARMACONEX event, we would like to update the latest information.

PHARMACONEX event which is scheduled on 5-7 April 2020 has led to the postponement/rescheduling because of COVID-19 and now the organizers “INFORMA MARKETS” have announced that PHARMACONEX is back and going to be as per schedule i.e. from 3-5 October 2021, at Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC), Cairo, Egypt to unveil Africa’s pharma growth opportunities.

PHARMACONEX is North Africa’s pharmaceutical hub, connecting the entire supply chain in Egypt, the largest producer of the pharmaceutical market in the MENA region. It offers a 365 Marketplace for our communities to interact, network, and build knowledge around the latest industry trends through physical and online opportunities.

One of the highlights to bring to your notice is about a Medicine City “Gypto Pharma” in Khanka April 2021.

Gypto Pharma is one of the most important national projects that Egypt implemented with the aim of possessing the modern technological and industrial capacity in this vital field. This project, unveiling Africa’s Pharma Growth Opportunities in turn, would help citizens obtain high-quality and safe medicines, control the prices of medicines, end monopolistic practices.

The PHARMACONEX – India Pavilion being organized in 240 sq. meters, which is divided into 9 and 6 sq. meter stalls which will be furnished with minimum furniture and the costs of which are as follows:

9 sq. meterstall (20 stalls) : Rs. 2.00 lakhs

6 sq. meterstall (10 stalls) : Rs. 1.50 lakhs

All the Stalls will be furnished with minimum furniture

With a view to make the allotment procedure easy and transparent, we made the reservation of stalls online. Interested members may please click on the following link reserve as per your choice.

INDIA PAVILION at PHARMACONEX

Members are required to make the full payment within 05 days of making a reservation, failing which their reservation automatically gets cancelled. Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Amount paid will be forfeited.

Assistance to the participants:

Subject to the release of finances by Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India and also other rules of MAI scheme (latest guidelines) members whose export turnover for the previous year is less than Rs.50 crores and has one year membership with the Council, will be eligible for financial assistance to the extent of Rs.75,000 towards travel expenses.

Location of Pavilion:

Pavilion is located right at the entrance of Hall 1.

Since this is a good opportunity to increase exports in Africa and the Middle-East, we advise the members to take part in the event.
