Subject: Assistance for Submission of RoDTEP Data-Fill the Form
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in continuation of our Circulars dt: 12.August, 19.Aug , 01.Sep and 01.Oct requesting for submission of data for RoDTEP, we have received very few applications from the member companies.
Subsequently, Pharmexcil has organised a Webinar on RoDTEP with experts from the field and provided Guidance for filing R1, R2 & R3 formats on 5th Oct.2020.
You are kindly aware the data has to be submitted before the end of this month ie.30.Oct.2020 to the RoDTEP Committee. In the absence of the timely inputs from the industry, the Committee might be taking a decision based on the data available with the Departments and fix the ceiling rates or possibly leave us behind for the next phase of discussions.
Pharmexcil in this regard is proposing to engage the Taxation experts to handhold the companies doing the tax calculations and in helping the companies file the R1, R2 & R3 Formats at the soonest possible.
The member companies are requested to fill the google form provided in the link given below. Once the details are received, Pharmexcil will be consolidating the forms and contacting you/connecting with Experts for required guidance and finalising the formats R1, R2 & R3.

We therefore urge our member companies to take advantage of this opportunity and provide the data requested in the google form before 24.Oct.2020 to enable Pharmexcil to facilitate all the member companies and guide them further in the data submission.
