Sub: Cancellation of Iphex 2020 and refund of stall charges including GST
Further to our Circular dt.17th April, 2020 regarding postponement of IPHEX 2020 scheduled to be held during 06th – 08th May, 2020, it is discussed in the Committee of Administration Meeting and felt that it is not possible to organize the Exhibition in the prevailing situation of COVID 19. Exhibitors are kindly aware that 90% of amount paid (excluding GST) towards stall charges has been refunded to most of the companies. It is now decided to return the GST and 10% retention amount withheld by the Council to all the Exhibitors. The credit notes for the stall charges have already been uploaded on GSTN Website vide GSTR1 in the month of August, 2020. Exhibitors have to send their confirmation in acknowledgement of the same.
Member companies looking for refund are hereby requested to send an email to email@example.com with a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the Bank details for arranging RTGS/NEFT transfer.
