Please refer to our Circular dated 27^th May 2019, wherein we informed about Pharma Business Meets in China and Mongolia during 4-10^th August 2019. 

We are glad to inform the members that our Embassy in Mongolia received our proposal very positively and insisted for organizing Expo-cum-BSM in place of only BSM proposed by us keeping in view good opportunities available for pharma sector in Mongolia. We are, therefore, organizing Expo-cum-BSM in Mongolia during 8-9^th August 2019, preceded by BSM in Beijing, China (5-7th August 2019).

Highlights of Expo-cum-BSM in Mongolia:

v  First ever Pharma related event being organized in Mongolia

v  Our Embassy is taking utmost interest to invite all local pharma importers,  companies, Hospitals, Pharma Associations, Chambers, MoH/FDA officials to the Expo

v  Good scope for finished formulations, Medical Devices/surgicals, Nutraceuticals, AYUSH products, Veterinary drugs etc.

v  Our Embassy suggests to send Display material like samples, brouchers, posters etc., to them well in advance and they will collect them free of Customs duty

Cost of participation:

To commensurate with the pro-active response from our Embassy, it is decided to keep the same fee of Rs.50,000/-, as informed in our earlier circular.  Cost includes One stall in Expo-cum-BSM at Mongolia, table space in BSM at China, local transfers and lunches during conference days. If there are more than one delegate from a company, Rs.20,000/- per delegate will be charged additionally.

Members can opt to participate both in China & Mongolia, or only China or only Mongolia.

All other terms mentioned in our earlier circular remain the same. Members are advised to take advantage of this event to promote their exports in China & Mongolia.
