Subject: RoDTEP data submission- Support service being provided by ELP

In continuation of our Circular dt: 27.Oct.2023seeking data submission on RoDTEP, we have received requests from some of the member companies for assistance in the compilation/calculation of the data and taxes for submission to the RoDTEP Committee.

In this regard, we are pleased to inform you that IPA has tied up with Economic Law Practice (ELP) consultants to help the industry in submission of data in the recommended format to RODTEP Committee. Mr Sudarshan Jain of IPA has kindly offered the services of ELP to all Pharmexcil Members, who can directly contact ELP for assistance in their submissions.

Members companies are requested to send email to Mr.Rohit Jain, Partner Economic Law Practice(ELP), an expert in the matter of RoDTEP and is reachable at Email :  RohitJain@elp-in.com

We would also organise virutal meetings with ELP for more information on the subject matter,based on the member companies' requests.
