Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Request for data in the format for review of Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported products (RoDTEP) rates-Submit data before 25.Nov.2023
We would like to inform that the Government of India vide Order dt: 13.Sep.2023 has constituted a Committee for updating the recommended ceiling rates schedules under the RoDTEP Scheme.
In this context, the Committee has sought the data from member companies’ in Annexure Bformat by email to dgdesk@pharmexcil.comfor onward submission to the RoDTEP Committee before 25.Nov.2023.
The Committee has requested to share data in the specified Proforma- Annexure B. While providing the above data, care should be taken regarding the following aspects:
(a) Data provided should be certified by the manufacturer and its Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant
(b) The data should be supported by copies of relevant documents such as tax invoices of inputs used, shipping bills of export product, State Govt. notifications regarding taxes/levies like electricity duty, mandi tax etc.
In addition to above, your views/suggestions, if any for rationalisation of entries in the RoDTEP Schedule, including for those tariff items where specific data has not been provided earlier, may also be sent along with justification.
We therefore request member companies to take time and provide the data requested by the RoDTEP Committee by 25.Nov.2023 to dgdesk@pharmexcil.comto enable Pharmexcil to consolidate the data and submit to the Committee within the timeline.
