1. Cisatracurium, Atracurium, Vecuronium, Rocuronium, Pancuronium all dosages
2. Midazolam preferred 50 mg but all the different strengths
3. Propofol all strengths
4. Sufentanil, Fentanyl, Alfentanil and Remifentanyl
