POST-EXPORT ASSISTANCE/COMPLAINTS FROM INTERNATIONAL
BUYERS
Every exporter is bound to extend all post-export services to the international
buyer, in their own business interest. Exporter is liable to make good of any
quality related problems of drugs exported by them.
In order to safeguard the Image of Indian Pharmaceutical Industry in the
international markets, Government of India also take lot of measures. A
Protocol for handling International Complaints relating to Drugs exported from
India is designed by Government of India. If any importer of Drugs &
Pharmaceuticals from India finds that the exporter is not attending to the
quality related complaints, they may write to the following person, who is the
Nodal Officer to handle such complaints:
