Subject: Information on Payment Defaults-Register online and Furnish your application online

We refer to our circular dt:30.Sep.2025on the above subject and would like to your kind notice that Pharmexcil has received inputs from 30 plus companies. In order to streamline the system and capture the data in total for such defaults and reasons for the same, we have developed an online system for furnishing details of the payment defaults by overseas companies.

We therefore request member companies who are experiencing the payment defaults are hereby requested to submit the application using the online process.

Step five: Fill the application and submit the details

On submission of the application number, Member Company will receive reference number which will be used for future references.

Members are aware that this Service is not a mandate of the Council; however we are taking up the matter as special service for member companies in this regard. We are making efforts to reach out DGFT and also our Missions wherever possible for their interventions and reaching at an amicable solution in this regard.

Pharmexcil after having done the due diligence with overseas company through all possible channels, if unresolved in 30 days, we will be positing the details of such defaulters on the Council’s website.

Member companies are kindly requested to take note of the process and do not make the Council responsible for any delays or inconvenience caused in any regard.
