Elections to the Committee of Administration-Enroll as Eligible Voter

प्रिय महोदय / महोदया,

विषय: मतदाता के रूप में नामांकन अब खुला है: आगामी चुनावों के लिए

We wish to bring to the notice of members that Elections for the year 2024-26 are due (for electing the new Committee of Administration and Vice Chairman) and a notification for the same would be issued soon.

वर्तमान मॉडल उपनियमों में मतदान के अधिकार को निम्नानुसार परिभाषित किया गया है:

अनुच्छेद 4. चुनावों के लिए पात्रता 4.1 : मतदान का अधिकार

(क)सामान्य सदस्यों को मतदान करने का अधिकार होगा। व्यक्ति या व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रतिनिधित्व की गई इकाई को नीचे उल्लिखित राशि से कम नहीं के उत्पाद के संबंध में वित्तीय वर्ष के औसत निर्यात से ठीक पहले के दो के दौरान अपने क्रेडिट के लिए होना चाहिए:

(i) सूक्ष्म, लघु, मध्यम उद्यम (एमएसएमई): रु. 25 लाख - रु. 1 करोड़ (सूक्ष्म उद्यम - रु. 25 लाख, लघु उद्यम - रु. 50 लाख और मध्यम उद्यम - रु. 1 करोड़)

(ii) अन्य: 1 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक

(b)एसोसिएट सदस्यों ने 3 निरंतर वर्ष पूरे कर लिए हैं, और साधारण सदस्य के लिए पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं कर रहे हैं, हालांकि, पिछले तीन वित्तीय वर्षों के दौरान उनके क्रेडिट के लिए 2.5 लाख रुपये का औसत निर्यात होने पर, उन्हें भी वोट देने का अधिकार होगा।

(c) Member companies should have paid the renewal fee for the financial year 2023-24.

Member companies eligible are hereby requested to submit Self Certified Export Turnover on Company Letter head along with MSME Udyog Aaadar Certificate to enroll themselves as “Voter” and exercise your vote.

The eligible companies are hereby requested to enroll as voters and submit (online) the copies of the Self Certified Export Turnover (Annexure-I), on or before 31.Oct.2024 to enable Council to verify the data and update the list.
