Sub: Participate in Vita Foods from 6th - 8th May 2014 at Geneva, Switzerland
We are pleased to inform members that Council is participating in Vitafoods 2014 for the sixth time which would be held during 6th -8th May 2014 at Geneva Palexpo, Switzerland. This event is focused for herbal APIs, Natural Products, Nutraceuticals and Dietary Supplements etc.
Pharmexcil participated in this event in 2009, 2010, 2011,2012,2013and the response to the participants in India Pavilionwas good. Encouraged by the response from members, Council is organizing India Pavilion in VitaFoods 2014by taking 72 sq. meters of space in VitaFoods. Council is offering furnished stands of 9/6 Sq. meters size in the Pavilion to the interested members.
Independent stall: Rs.49,533 per Sqmt (Rs.1,50,000 MDA Assistance) (Rs.50,000 per sq. meter for corner stalls) (Cost includes taxes, furniture and other organizing expenditure). It excludes Euros 300 for web listing to be paid by all the exhibitors. For more information and stall reservation, please send an email to ayush@pharmexcil.com.

MDA:
Members whose export turnover during previous year is less than Rs.30.00 crores are eligible for MDA subject to a maximum extent of Rs.1,50,000/- towards stall rentals and also subject to MDA rules. Members who are eligible and interested to avail this facility have to send their application at least 15 days before date of departure. MDA application and claim forms are available here. Members may also kindly that if a company participated in the show through Pharmexcil for three continuous years, it is to be noted that MDA assistance can't be availed during the fourth year.
It is informed that Members with GMP Certificate participating in the event can avail financial assistance from Department of AYUSH up to a maximum of Rs.1 Lakh under International Cooperation Scheme. Members who wish to avail the assistance from Department of Ayush has to inform the Department their participation prior to the departure and Council is not responsible for any delays or assistance from the Department
