COUNCIL'S PARTICIPATION IN NATURAL PRODUCTS EXPO WEST (ENGREDEA 2014) AT ANAHEIM, USA

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are glad to inform that Council is participating in the exhibition Natural Products Expo West and organising India Pavilion for the first time in Engredea 2014, being held at Anaheim, USA from 7th - 9th March 2014.
Natural Products Expo West is the world's largest event for Traditional medicines and Dietary Supplements, healthy and innovative ingredients, celebrating 34th year edition in 2014. This exhibition is widely regarded as the flagship exhibition for Herbal products, nutraceuticals, probiotics, pharmaceutical ingredients industry, dietary supplements etc.
In the year 2013, the event attracted over 2,428 leading exhibiting companies and over 63000 attendees across the Globe. For more details about the event, members may visit official website: Engredeaand Nutracon, the ingredient and supply chain's most comprehensive trade show and conference were co-located with Natural Products Expo West.
Keeping the importance of the event and also suggestions received from some of the members, Council is participating in the event for the first time by taking a space of 65 sq. meters. For the benefit of members in Herbals / nutraceuticals /Dietary Supplements and probiotics sectors, stalls of 6 sq. meters sizes will be offered.
For 6 sqmt Stall:
Corner Stall: Rs.3,20,000
General Stall: Rs.3,18,000
(Includes furnished stall with sign, carpet, information counter table, two chairs, waste basket, 2 spot lights, insurance and four invitation letters).

Note: This expo is happening in seven halls and we are positioned in Hall A and at the entrance, which is Engredea in the Natural Products Expo West.

MDA:
Members whose export turnover during previous year is less than Rs.30 crores and who have completed one year membership with the council, would be assisted with a financial assistance of Rs.1,50,000/- per member, subjected to the availability of funds. We are also approaching Department of Ayush for assistance, if any.
Members, who are interested to participate in the above event, to kindly note that the reservation will be open on 6th January 2014 (Monday). Council will be circulating the India Floor Plan on 6th January 2014, at 3pm and on receipt of the Circular, members are requested to immediately confirm their Stall choice to ayush@pharmexcil.com.
Since very limited space is available, stalls will be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis.

2. Members may please note that electricity is extra and the amount will be informed to the members soon.
