Subject: Request for Details of Export Consignments Scheduled for 19 and 20 October 2026 – India–New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (FTA)
Dear Member,
Greetings from PHARMEXCIL.
In view of the scheduled implementation of the India–New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with effect from 20 October 2026, it is proposed to undertake targeted outreach and facilitation measures to support Indian pharmaceutical exporters in preparing for and availing the benefits of the Agreement.
In this regard, PHARMEXCIL requests all member exporters having consignments destined for New Zealand, scheduled for export on 19 and 20 October 2026, to kindly share the details of their proposed export shipments.
The information will help PHARMEXCIL coordinate with the concerned authorities and facilitate appropriate outreach initiatives in connection with the implementation of the India–New Zealand FTA.
Members are requested to submit the details of their proposed export consignments by completing the Google Form available at the link below:

Kindly submit your responses latest by 05:00pm 16th October 2026 to enable timely compilation of the information and coordination with the concerned authorities.
