Subject : iPHEX 2027 – Stall Retention, Space Requirements and New Bookings, August 19-21,2027 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi
Greetings from PHARMEXCIL.
We are pleased to inform you that the 13th edition of iPHEX, as part of the 2nd edition of Bharat Health Global Expo, will be organised from 19–21 August 2027 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Following the success of iPHEX 2026, the 2027 edition will be organised on a larger scale, with international pavilions and wider participation from pharmaceutical industry stakeholders. The expanded event will offer exhibitors greater opportunities to connect with international buyers and other stakeholders.
To accommodate more participants, iPHEX 2027 will cover Hall Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 on the Ground Floor; Hall Nos. 5, 3 and 2 on the First Floor; and Hall No. 1 at Bharat Mandapam.
Existing exhibitors of IPHEX 2026 will be given the first opportunity to retain their iPHEX 2026 space. Please submit your preference through the Google Form (iphex 2027 - Booking Form) by 30 October 2026, indicating whether you wish to retain the same stall, retain it with additional area, change the location, or not participate at iPHEX 2027. Kindly provide your company and contact details, along with your iPHEX 2026 stall number and area.
If you require additional space, please mention your total area requirement, including the existing area, in square metres, using numbers only. For example, if your existing area is 18 sq. m. and you require an additional 9 sq. m., enter 27. Requests for additional space or a change of location will be considered subject to availability and the final hall layout.

Proforma invoices will be shared based on the responses received and finalisation of stall allotments. Exhibitors are requested to pay 50% of the invoiced participation amount by 30 October 2026, failing which the stall will be released for allotment to other exhibitors. Submission of the Google Form alone will not confirm the booking. The remaining 50% payment must be made by February 26,2027.
We request you to submit your response and make the initial payment within the stipulated deadline i.e. October 31,2026, to enable timely finalisation of stall bookings.
