Subject: CPHI Worldwide 2026  - Meeting at Pharmexcil Stalls 

Members are kindly Pharmexcil is organising India Pavilion at CPhI Worldwide scheduled from 06-08.Oct.2026 at Fiera Milano, Italy featuring 67 participating companies (71 stalls).

We have received request from some of the member companies who are participating as Visitors to provide space for meetings positively. With a view to facilitate meetings between member companies joining the event as visitors, we have arranged dedicated meeting spaces (raised out of last minute cancellations) at the following locations within the India Pavilion:

  - Hall 3: Stalls 3F89 and 3K7

 - Hall 14: Stall 14K20

Members companies who wish to avail of this facility are requested to submit their details via the Google Form and have each meeting for 15 minutes giving chance for other companies also to have their meetings. Each company can schedule a maximum of three meetings per day. The meetings scheduled by each company time wise can be accessed from the Google form.

Please note that Pharmexcil is providing these meeting spaces   for participating member companies as Visitors and not for the Exhibitors.
