Greetings from PHARMEXCIL!

We are pleased to inform you that PHARMEXCIL has received a communication from the Consulate General of India, Kazan, regarding the 2nd India–Russia Bilateral Forum “TIME: Tatarstan Initiative for Mutual Efficiency”, being organised in collaboration with the Embassy of India, Moscow, and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, at Kazan Expo, Kazan, Russia, on 15–16 October 2026.

Healthcare and pharmaceuticalswill be one of the key focus areas of the Forum, with dedicated discussions and business interactions aimed at strengthening cooperation between Indian and Russian stakeholders in this sector.

The Forum would provide an opportunity for participating Indian pharmaceutical companies to showcase India's pharmaceutical capabilities and explore targeted B2B interactions with Russian pharmaceutical companies, importers, distributors, healthcare institutions and other potential business partners. The Consulate General of India, Kazan, has also indicated its support in identifying suitable Russian counterparts and facilitating B2B meetings based on the profiles and areas of interest of participating Indian companies.

PHARMEXCIL proposes to facilitate participation of a delegation of Indian pharmaceutical companies/exporters at the Forum.

Proposed India Pavilion:

A dedicated 25 sq. metre India Pavilion has been proposed by Kazan Expo for PHARMEXCIL and participating companies.

The participation fees would be –As below

Note:

- The registration fee for setup of pavilion, which was rub 100,000 has been waived off.

- There’s a special offer besides the initial ones (individual and collective stands): a booth of 4sq. m. containing a desk, 2 chairs and a front desk with a logo. In this configuration a wall will be united(universal theme of 3 m high) for all of the booths (with the same design).

- The initial offers (9sq.m. And 25 sq. meters) has now been revised to 200k and 400k respectively, because of the expensive structures

- sample design pdf is being shared

- for any additional changes to design, the cost of construction would be rub 40,000 per SQM onwards. It will take about 1 week for designing the pavilion

10,000 rub booth which is 4 sq m would have the following-

* A table with two chairs

* A reception desk

* A small brochure stand

Members may please make a note that this event has no MAI grant support.

Expression of Interest:

Member companies interested in participating in the proposed Forum and exploring business opportunities with Russian companies are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Google Form provided below:

The information submitted by the participating companies will be used to facilitate identification of suitable Russian counterparts and coordination of targeted B2B meetings based on the company's product profile and areas of business interest.

Considering the limited time available for necessary coordination and reservation of the Pavilion, interested members are requested to submit their EOI at the earliest.
