Subject: Bharat Health Global Expo 2026 / iPHEX 2026  -  registration for the proposed VVIP inaugural ceremony

Greetings from PHARMEXCIL!

We are pleased to inform you that PHARMEXCIL is organising Bharat Health Global Expo 2026 from September 7–9, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Conceived as an integrated global platform, the Expo will bring together the key pillars of India’s healthcare and life-sciences ecosystem under one roof and showcase the country’s capabilities in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical machinery and laboratory technologies, medical devices, AYUSH, healthcare services and medical value travel.

Bharat Health Global Expo 2026 will serve as an umbrella event covering iPHEX 2026 under its ambit. The 12th edition of iPHEX, organised by PHARMEXCIL, will anchor the Expo as its principal pharmaceutical platform. The combined initiative is intended to promote exports, investment, innovation, regulatory cooperation and global partnerships, while presenting India’s integrated healthcare strengths to international buyers, regulators, industry leaders and other stakeholders.

A proposed inaugural ceremony of Bharat Health Global Expo 2026 is likely to be graced by a VVIP and is scheduled for September 6, 2026, Sunday, from 4:00 PM onwards at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. In this regard, all PHARMEXCIL members iPHEX 2026 exhibitors and Pharmaceutical associations are requested to submit the details of their representatives who wish to attend the inaugural ceremony.

The registration link will be shared by August 26, 2026. Confirmation of registration will be communicated by August 28, 2026, and the detailed programme, along with access and security-related instructions, will be shared by August 31, 2026.

As the proposed inaugural ceremony will be a high-level event, participation will be subject to confirmation and compliance with the prescribed security and access protocols. Members and exhibitors are therefore requested to provide complete and accurate information within the stipulated timeline.

Please note that iPHEX 2026 will commence as scheduled from September 7–9, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
