Subject:Invitation to Participate in the 12th NIRYAT SAMVAAD – Grievance Redressal Meeting with Customs (JNCH), 12 August 2026 (Wednesday)

Dear Members,

This is to inform you that the Office of the Commissioner of Customs, NS-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH) is organizing the 12th NIRYAT SAMVAAD, a dedicated grievance redressal forum for exporters. “Niryat Samvaad” is a dedicated forum aimed at fostering direct and constructive dialogue with Exporters.

• Time:3:00 PM
• Venue:Conference Hall, 7th Floor, B Wing, JNCH

The objective of NIRYAT SAMVAAD is to provide exporters with a platform to:

• Raise customs-related grievances and operational issues.
• Seek clarification on customs procedures and policy matters.
• Interact directly with Customs officials for timely resolution of concerns.

Members having unresolved export-related issues or suggestions are encouraged to participate in the meeting.

To enable us to coordinate with the Customs Department, members who wish to attend are requested to register their interest by filling out the Google Form below:

Members may also briefly mention the grievance or issue they wish to raise in the form so that the same can be compiled and taken up effectively during the meeting. Additionally, an advance copy of grievances/issues/concerns to be taken up in Niryat Samvaad may also be sent to this office via e-mail at apmainexp@jawaharcustoms.gov.in.  The subject of the e-mail should start with NIRYAT SAMVAAD followed by IEC and grievance.
