Subject: Expression of Interest for Participation in the Business Delegation to Japan Accompanying the Hon'ble Commerce & Industry Minister (HCIM) of India 24^th – 27^th August 2026

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform our member exporters that the Hon'ble Commerce & Industry Minister (HCIM) of India is likely to visit Japan from 24–27 August 2026for business and investment-related bilateral meetings., accompanied by a high-level Government and business delegation.

A Trade Promotion Roadshow and sector-specific B2B meetings with Japanese industry associations and business representatives are being planned to promote India–Japan trade and investment.

Further details regarding the programme and participation will be shared with the interested participants in due course.

Note: Members are kindly requested to note that MSME/MAI financial assistance will not be available for this particular event.
