Subject: Applications are invited for Pharmexcil Awards for “Outstanding Export Performance” for the financial year 2024-25
Members are kindly aware that Pharmexcil has instituted “Outstanding Export Performance Awards” and has been conferring since 2009 and the last edition being for the year 2023-24. India’s Pharmaceutical Companies though recognized and lauded globally, Pharmexcil also wishes to honour them in its own way.
In this regard, Pharmexcil is pleased to invite applications for the Export performance for the financial year 2024-25 to confer awards to the members whose performance is outstanding.
Pharmexcil wishes to confer such awards in the following categories.

All Round Export Performance

API/Bulk Drugs
-
Formulations
-
Excipients
-
Bio-Pharma
-
Veterinary
-
Surgicals
-
Contract Research & Manufacturing
-
Merchant Exporter
Multiple layer of Gradation may be considered in categories depending on the number of nominations received.
Special Awards:
Women Entrepreneur Award: Applications are invited from women entrepreneur Companies in which women have substantial share almost nearing half and heading it. They may also need to employ women in other key posts like International Marketing, HR, Production etc. Interested companies may please fill in the details in item no.7 of the Application format.
Women Entrepreneur applicant’s award should get the details mentioned under item number7 attested bytheir respective Company Secretary / C.A. necessarily. Applications without endorsement of C.A./C.S. of the details will not be considered.
SME Export Award:
Companies having their own manufacturing facility and with export turnover of Rs.250 crore and below in the year 2024-25 are eligible for submitting the applications for the said Award.
2) To encourage smaller entrepreneurs, it is proposed to give awards for companies with 100 crore and below in the categories Bulk drug & drug Intermediates and Formulations & Biological (One in each category).
Export Startup[1] Award:Manufacturing (Bulk drugs & Drug Intermediates, Drug Formulations & Biologicals, Surgicals coming under Pharmexcil Panel) Member companies, certified by Department of Promotion of Industry & Internal trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry of Government of India, as a startup Enterprise & with three years of Exports (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) are eligible for nomination in this category. Kindly note the certificate issued by DPIIT should be Valid in the three years ending 2024-25. The applicant has to submit a “Certificate of Recognition” issued by the Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). See Foot Note.
Regional awards: Regional awards are also considered actively. Companies interested in nominating themselves for this award may please fill in the appropriate columns. Sum total of all categories (Bulk drugs & Drug intermediates & formulations & biologicals) Export sales conducted in those regions specified in the format may be filled for the three years. Constitution (countries) of the regions is specified at the end of the application. Kindly fill in the format accordingly.
Interested member companies may please self-nominate themselves with supporting documents (Audited Balance sheets of the years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) along with the dully filled in prescribed application format.

Members are requested to download the application and send the filled in electronic format to stats@pharmexcil.com, cc to: awards@pharmexcil.com.
Mandatory:The emailed application format is to be followed with the Physical format (hard copies) along with the documents (Audited Balance sheets of the years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) to be sent to Pharmexcil, 201, Aditya Trade center, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-500038.
Interested members who have renewed their membership for the year 2024-25 may submit duly filled-in application forms to this Council on or before 5th August 2026, will be forwarded to the Pharmexcil Award Committee, for their recommendations. The Committee would recommend winners based on the guidelines framed for selection.
Awards will be conferred on - 07th sept 2026 evening followed by cultural programme at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
“Startup” meansan entity as defined under G.S.R. 127 (E) issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) or its subsequent amendment, modification, re-enactment or successor(s) policies
Note:
Duly filled-in application forms are to be submitted to the Council (by email to stats@pharmexcil.com & awards@pharmexcil.com) and the hard copy of the application should be sent to our head office (Pharmexcil, 201, Aditya Trade Center, Ameerpet, Hyderabad- 500038) latest by 05th August 2026.
Members have to submit only one application per company. Company may like to mention the Category/categories of award in which they wish to nominate themselves in the application Form.
We request Members to please send a High-Resolution Photograph of the CEO of your Organization (which would be printed in the booklet showing the list of Awardees).
Brochures of the company and 1-page note giving brief profile of the company may also be annexed with your application.
Published annual reports of the company to be sent as certified by auditors. In case of private companies, please get them certified by a CA/ICWA/ACS/CPA/ CFA for exports performance figures. In case Audited reports are not available for the latest financial year, certified (by C.A.) provisional reports may be submitted.
