Subject: Seeking Inputs on Payment-Related Challenges in Trade Transactions with Russia

Dear Members,

Greetings from Pharmexcil.

The Department of Commerce, Government of India, is currently reviewing the payment-related challenges being encountered in trade transactions with Russia and has sought inputs from industry stakeholders.

In this regard, Pharmexcil requests all member companies exporting pharmaceutical products, APIs, drug intermediates, medical devices, and related healthcare products to Russia to provide details of any payment-related issues faced in their transactions. The information collected will be consolidated and submitted to the Department of Commerce to support ongoing discussions aimed at facilitating smoother trade and payment mechanisms.
