Subject: Submission of Regulatory hurdles/Concerns/Challenges faced by Indian Exporters for the 3rd India–Belarus Joint Working Group (JWG) on Pharmaceuticals

We are pleased to inform our member companies that Pharmexcil has received a communication from Central Drug Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, regarding the 3rd meeting of the India-Belarus Joint Working Group (JWG) on Pharmaceuticals scheduled to be held in 09^th June 2026.

The India–Belarus Joint Working Group (JWG) meeting forms part of the broader bilateral engagement between the two countries aimed at strengthening cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector.

In this regards CDSCO has requested the Indian exporters to submit the regulatory hurdles/concerns/challenges being faced while exporting Pharmaceutical Products to Belarus, so that the same can be taken up during the forthcoming Joint Working Group (JWG) meeting for discussion with the Belarusian side.

We request all member exporters to actively participate in this initiative by sharing their concerns and challenges encountered in their business operations and export activities to Belarus.
