Subject: “India Pavilion” in CPhI Worldwide at Fiera Milano, Italy from 06-08.October 2026-EPM Scheme Incentive available

 

We are pleased to inform you that Pharmexcil is organizing India Pavilion in CPhI Worldwide 2026 happening during 06-08.October 2026 at Fiera Milano, Italy with support of the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India.

 

We are making our conscious efforts to scale up the look and feel of India Pavilion and branding of Indian Pharma at different strategic locations at the venue. Following value additions have been the Hallmark of India's participation in CPhI World Wide since last few years:

 

·   Well-designed India Pavilion and specially designed wooden stands with complete Branding images giving it a unique identity.

 

·   Increased Digital coverage for exhibitors in India pavilion during the event

 

In our endeavour to provide the best possible opportunity to participating companies dealing Formulations & Bulk drugs, Pharmexcil is organizing India Pavilion at two separate locations in CPhI WW.

With a view to make the allotment procedure easy and transparent, we made the reservation of stalls online.  To ensure that all the Members get the opportunity to reserve the stalls at the same time, the above link will open on 19th May 2026 at 2.30 PM

Charges & Conditions:

 

  • A subsidy of Rs.90,000 per stall is provided for each stall under Export Promotion Mission Scheme.  The cost of made up stall for Pharmexcil member after subsidy will be Rs. 1,25,000/- per sq.mt (corner stand Rs. 1,30,000 per Sq Mtr).
  • Per sqmtr cost for Stalls 18D76B, C,D,E,F are kept at Rs.1,20,000 (per sqmt)
  • Members should make the full payment before 25.May.2026 before EoD.
  • In case of non-receipt of payment by 25.May.2026, stall will be allotted to members in the waiting list, without any notice.
  • No refund shall be made for cancellations after booking.
  • All the Stalls are furnished with minimum furniture
  • The charges will be all inclusive i.e. Furniture, Insurance, Stand cleaning, Digital product directory fee etc.
  • The cost of participation would be further subsidized (by refund of Airfare for one person subject to the approval of Event by the Empowered Committee for MAI grant/Export Promotion Mission, as the Pharmexcil proposal is under consideration for MAI scheme.
  • Members are requested to register on Trade Connect Portal of DGFT necessarily to reserve the stall for CPhI worldwide. Members are requested to use RCMC credentials for Trade Connect registration. Link: Click here

 

MAI/EPM Support to the Participants:

 

  • MAI/EPM ASSISTANCE: (Scheme renamed as Export Promotion Scheme)
  • Support is available only for the Director/Partner/Proprietor or a full time senior managerial officer of the entity and shall be extended to Indians nationals only.
  • Airfare support is capped up to 35% of total delegates in an event.
  • Support is available only for economy class Travel.
  • Claims forms must be submitted within 15 days of return to India.
  • Eligibility shall be limited to entities with zero Export Turnover in the preceding year for reimbursement of 50% of economy class fare, subject to the following ceilings and for EU Market Rs. 45,000/- OR 50% of the airfare, whichever is lower.
  • Eligibility shall be extended to entities with export turn over up to Rs.75Lakhs in the preceding year for reimbursement of 80% of economy class airfare, and for EU market of Rs. 75,000 or 75% of the airfare, whichever is lower.
