Sub: Outreach Session on Global Market Access & Regulatory Compliance – 21st May 2026 (New Delhi)

This is to inform our member companies that PHARMEXCIL in receipt of email from FIEO (Federation of Indian Export Organisations) that they are organising “Outreach Session on Global Market Access & Regulatory Compliance” to address the growing importance of certifications and regulatory compliance in international trade in association with Intertek India.

Senior officials from Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Quality Council of India (QCI), Export Inspection Council, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), FSSAI shall also be invited to deliberate on the subject. From INTERTEK, Mr Jeremy Gaspard, Vice President, Mr Yati Shrivastava, Head- South Asia and other senior representatives shall be deliberating on Global Market Access focusing on Certification and conformity assessment requirements, Product verification; Practical Compliance Pathways for Exporters etc.

To sensitize members on this important aspect, FIEO, in association with Intertek India, is organizing an “Outreach Session on Global Market Access & Regulatory Compliance” as per the schedule below:
