Subject: Invitation for Expression of Interest – India–Taiwan Collaboration in Pharmaceuticals

Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to inform you that the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, is seeking details of Indian pharmaceutical companies interested in
collaborating with Taiwanese companies under the upcoming 18th India–Taipei Economic Consultation (ITEC) for bilateral R&D collaboration and joint manufacturing pilot projects in the pharmaceutical sector.
In this regard, Indian pharmaceutical companies interested in collaboration with Taiwanese
companies are requested to share their interest in the following areas:
a) API & KSM Manufacturing
b) Pharmaceutical R&D Collaboration
c) Joint Manufacturing Projects
d) Biopharma and Biosimilars
e) Technology Transfer and Innovation Partnerships
In this regard, manufacturers meeting the following criteria are requested to share their interest at the earliest using the Google Form provided below:
· Currently engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing or R&D,
· Interested in bilateral collaboration with Taiwanese companies,
· Looking for technology partnerships and joint development opportunities, and/or
· Interested in expanding business cooperation with Taiwan,

The deadline for submission is latest by tomorrow i.e. 8th May 2026.
The information received will be consolidated and shared with the Department of Pharmaceuticals
