PHARMEXCIL is pleased to invite you to participate in BIO Int’l Convention, the largest & the most comprehensive event in Life science industry, representing 20,000 industry leaders from across the globe and 100+Indian exhibitors and delegates in 2025.

BIO 2026, the BIO International Convention & Exhibition, is taking place from 22-25 June 2026 at San Diego, CA, USA. It presents a great opportunity for India’s biotech companies, startups, incubators, to build key relationships, partnerships, and channels for extending businesses.

We would like to inform you that M/s. 3SMG Events Pvt. Ltd. has booked the space with the US Bio Convention and organising Innovative India Pavilion (Booth No.3551) and the same is being recommended by Pharmexcil for participation of member companies. Member companies may kindly note that Pharmexcil has submitted proposal under MSME Ministry for the financial support.

Pharmexcil is also participating in the event through the Innovative India Pavilion as one of the Exhibitors.

3SMG has already booked 2,500 sqft of space to sell furnished booths in different variants. Each booth type is installed with backlit graphics, furniture, booth partnering account, exhibition access. 

Booth Options:

Option-1 (100 sqft): Rs. 18 lakhs

Inclusions: Furnished Booth of 10x10 both with backlit graphics, lights, round table+3 chairs, lockable information desk with logo, booth partnering account for 1 and exhibition access for 3. 

Option-2 (60 sqft): Rs. 12 lakhs
Inclusions: Furnished Booth of 6x10 both with backlit graphics, lights, round table+3 chairs, booth partnering account for 1 and exhibition access for 2. 

Option-3 (Showcase): Rs. 4 lakhs
Inclusions: Backlit Graphic Panel of 2x7 feet, Lockable Information Desk with High Stool, Booth Partnering Account and Exhibition Access for 1 person. 

Pharmexcil is not responsible for the visa appointments and facilitation of USA Visa.

Support for MSME Companies: The MSME Ministry is supporting the MSME companies with reimbursement of Rs.3 Lakhs against Stall and Airfare reimbursement up to Rs.1,50,000 subject to the approval.
