Subject: Urgent Request for Data on PNG/LPG Consumption for Pharmaceutical Production – Regarding

In light of the recent geopolitical disruptions in West Asia and resultant constraints on global fuel supplies, the Department of Commerce has initiated measures to secure and maximize domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)/ Piped Natural Gas (PNG) availability for Pharmaceutical Sectors.

To ensure that critical industrial processes, specifically the production of pharmaceutical products (both for domestic consumption and export obligations), are not adversely affected by potential shortages, all member exporters are requested to submit detailed data on their PNG/LPG consumption.

Members are requested to share the required information immediately by filling the google form

to enable us to forward to the Department of Commerce.

Please provide the information urgently.
