Subject: IPHEX-CIS (Pharmexcil Business Delegation to Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan & Kazakhstan during 16^th – 28^th March 2026

We are pleased to inform you that Pharmexcil with the support of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India is organizing IPHEX-CIS (Business Delegation to Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan & Kazakhstan) during 16^th – 28^th March 2026.

Considering the nature of CIS region falling into the Focus area for pharmaceutical exports from India and the potential for Generics and APIs, especially with the emerging business opportunities in CIS region and other markets, Pharmexcil proposes to organize a Business Delegation (physical) to Belarus (Minsk), Russia (Moscow), Uzbekistan (Tashkent) and Kazakhstan (Almaty) during 16^th – 28^th March 2026. We are also expecting to host buyers from Kyrgyzstan during the BSM in Kazakhstan.

The tentative program schedule proposed for the delegation as below:

As part of the Business Delegation, Buyer Seller Meets will be organized at each country along with meetings with the Regulatory officials and prominent trade associations. We are proposing to invite Business delegates from neighbouring countries as well for B2B meetings with Indian delegation.  The details of the BSM schedule and other meetings will be shared soon.

PARTICIPATION DETAILS:

Participation fee is Rs.1,00,000/-for BSM in all four countries. Participation fee includes BSM set up at all Destinations. Participation in any three countries is mandatory and fee of Rs.1,00,000 remains same for three/four countries. Each additional delegate joining from the same company is required to pay Rs. 40,000/-

Participation fee is non-refundable and can be refunded only if the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Mission/Council.

On the submission of the Registration form, you are required to pay INR 1,00,000 in favour of “Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India” and share the payment details with accounts2@pharmexcil.com (Bank Details given below).

Payment Policy: No refund shall be provided to any member in the event of cancellation under this CIS delegation.

Timeline:Deadline for Registration & Final payment is 14^th January 2024. Members may please note that confirmation of your participation is based on receipt of the payment only.

Travel & Logistics:The suggested Flight itinerary, Hotel names and tariffs (in consultation with Indian Missions abroad) will be communicated in due course. Member companies are required to secure their business visas and make their reservations directly. The council will arrange required visa invitations from destination countries and issue visa recommendation letters for the participating Indian delegates.

Destination can undergo change/modifications/cancelled subject to our Embassy/Missions advice in view of unavoidable circumstances pertaining to the travel restrictions.

MAI ASSISTANCE:

We have submitted the proposal for the proposed CIS Delegation under the MAI Scheme and are awaiting approval from the Ministry. Any updates or confirmation regarding the approval will be communicated to the members accordingly.

  Note:

• Participation in any three destinations is mandatory to be eligible for claiming MAI assistance once we get the official communication from the Department of Commerce regarding MAI approval.
• While the countries are confirmed, the cities or specific locations may be subject to change or modification based on advice received from our Indian Embassies/Missions, due to unavoidable circumstances.
