We are pleased to invite you for online stall registration for iPHEX 2025 – the 11th International Exhibition on Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Industry, being held concurrently with BHARAT HEALTH 2025. This prestigious event is organized by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, in association with PHARMEXCIL as the lead council. The exhibition will take place at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from September 4–6, 2025.PARTICIPATION CHARGES.

STALL RESERVATION (process flow):

To streamline the process of stall registration, we are pleased to announce the opening of online registration as per the slot-wise schedule given below. Members are requested to kindly book their stalls accordingly,

With an objective to provide equal opportunities and ease of access with transparency, stall booking will be done ONLINE.

• Mandatory online booking of stalls at www.iphex-india.com

• Online booking opens on 14.APRIL, 2025 at 3 PM.

• All the bookings/reservations are on first come first serve basis

• Minimum made up stall will be of 9 SqMtrs

• Bare space is allowed for a space of 18 SqMtrs and above only

• For the stalls of 9, 12, 15 Sq Mtrs, each company can book only one stall of 9/12/15 SqMtrs

• Members who are booking the stalls of 18 Sq Mtr or more than 18  Sq Mtrs,  are allowed to book adjacent stalls subjected to its availability.

• Top branding is uniform for all the Exhibitors below 18 SqMtrs

GUIDELINES (for stall Reservation):

·         Visit iPHEX website (www.iphex-india.com)

·         Click on Book Your Stall

·         The website will redirect you to the Floor Plan

·         Click on the preferred Hall Plan

·         Detailed Floor Plan will be displayed

·         Click on the Stall number which is available

·         Selecting your Preference will Redirect to an Registration Page

·         Select accordingly and Enter IEC

Then the basic details will be displayed automatically from our database (later other details can be filled/edited)

·         Contact Person Email

·         Contact Person Mobile

·         Accept Terms & Conditions

·         Continue to Book stall (button)

·         Then it will display the selected stall and pricing details based on the stall type selected

·         Confirm to Reserve the stall (Final Submit)

·         Click on Submit Reservation Request (button)

NOTE:

·         Halls are NOT specifically marked for any Category

·         All Halls are having Entrance/Exit

·         Exhibition Halls are interconnected 2-3-4-5

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

·         Computer generated Proforma invoice will be available immediately after reservation.

·         The full and final payment of the total invoice amount is to be paid within 10 days from the date of stall booking (failing which reserved stall/s will get released automatically, without any further intimation and will be auto assigned to the companies under waiting list)

·         ·         You are required to update the payment status online in the given format using your login id and password.

·         Payment done against stall reservation will be non-refundable. You may kindly go through the detailed payment terms online.

·         Payment towards the stall booking will be accepted by the same company who have reserved the stall through online booking. No payment (Part or Full) will be accepted by any other company on behalf of the company which has reserved the stall online.

Note: Members/group companies are required to refrain from blocking stalls at various locations in different company names. Council exercises its right to release such bookings, without any notice to the members.

As per the policies of the venue authority, Halls No. 2, 3, 4, and 5 will not be available for machinery or heavy equipment display. A separate designated area for heavy equipment/machinery will be informed in due course.

We request all members to take note of this guideline while planning their participation.

WAITING LIST:

Companies who are interested to participate and unable to make their stall reservation, may please submit your request under “Waiting List” with your preferred area of stall (sq.mts). Depending on the availability of stalls, an automated allocation of stall would happen based on the preferred area mentioned by the companies under waiting list & an automated allotment email will be received by them. Details of “waiting list” companies would be displayed on the iPHEX website.
