Subject: Online application for extension of time to comply with revised Sch M on ONDLS portal -Reg.

This is to inform our member companies that the CDSCO has issued  Circular dt: 24th March 2025, it is observed that the companies (Small and Medium Scale Manufacturers  whose turnover is less than Rs. 250 Cr) seeking for extension of timeline for implementation  of revised Schedule M shall make an application to the Central License Approving Authority in Form ‘A’ within a period of 3 months from the date of this Notification.

The applicant/manufacturer seeking for extension may register on ONDLS portal thru online on www.statedrugs.gov.in.
