Subject: Urgent-Request for Inputs on Non-Tariff Barriers Affecting Pharma Exports & Imports at CDSCO and State Regulatory Authorities

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Department of Commerce, under the chairmanship of Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav, IAS, Joint Secretary, will convene a meeting early next week to assess the export and import performance of the pharmaceutical sector.

We kindly request all members to submit any concerns regarding non-tariff barriers related to CDSCO and State Drugs Authority that are impacting both exports and imports.

Please note that Pharmexcil will ensure the anonymity of your company’s name when presenting these issues to the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
