Urgent: Request for Export Data Submission on CDSCO's Export NOC Requirement

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This refers to the Public Notice dated March 7, 2025, issued by CDSCO, which provides a guidance document on the new Online Export NOC available on the Sugam Portal.

The Public Notice given by CDSCO mandates that apart from the submission of various documents/information including the following by the exporter:

“Approval Status: The firm needs to submit approval status of the applied Drug(s) as issued by the NRA of Importing country. In case NRA approval is not applicable, then approval status of India may be submitted.”

A detailed representation by Pharmexcil in this regard has been made to the DCGI wrt the expected challenges to be faced by exporters based on the specific clauses in the guidance document.

In order to strengthen the argument regarding the above clauses brought in now by CDSCO, we request member exporters to kindly submit details of export against NOC for the past 1 year.

Given the time bound nature of this task, member exporters are requested to submit the details sof their export against NOC for the past 1 year in the above link before 15 March, 2025.
