Subject: Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting on 25th September, 2024 at 3.00 PM

The Ministry of Commerce proposed to bring the Articles of Associations of various Export Promotion Councils to a uniform mode and accordingly appointed a Committee to deliberate on the subject with the Councils.  After due deliberations and exchange of views on the subject, the Committee recommended a model set of Articles to be adopted by the Councils vide their letter dated F.No.13/3/2023-E&MDA-DoC (Part (I)) dated 25th July, 2024.

The Committee of Administration of Pharmexcil deliberated at various meetings on the new set of Articles and finally at its meeting held on 14th August, 2024 resolved that the, that the model set of Articles be adopted, subject to the approval of Members of the Council, except with the alteration as stated in the Resolution circulated in the notice.
