Greetings from Pharmexcil!

Pharmexcil is in receipt of communication from Embassy of India, Costa Rica and we are delighted to inform our member-exporters that the 26^th edition of the “Buyers Trade Mission (BTM) 2024” will be held from September 10^th – 12^th, 2024. The program will be conducted in Hybrid mode, which gives the option to interested participants to join the Buyers Trade Mission either physically or virtually.

Buyers Trade Mission (BTM ) serves as a nexus, bringing  together exporters and buyers from diverse sectors worldwide. The Buyers Trade Mission (BTM) 2024 anticipates a participation of over 350 International Buyers and more than 500 exporters from Costa Rica.

The “Buyers Trade Mission (BTM) 2024” will be held from September 10^th – 12^th, 2024.

The meeting details are as follows:

1.  Meeting Venue:        Costa Rica Convention Centre,  San Jose, Costa Rica

1. Interested companies can register to participate in person or virtually before July 19^th 2024 (registration deadline). Registration will be allocated on first-come, first served basis due to limited space availability for joining the ‘Buyers Trade Mission (BTM) 2024

4. Registered member companies will receive a custom made agenda, along with a profile of the companies and products that match your specific interest.

The Export Promotion Agency of Costa Rica (PROCOMER) will provide participants with the following services:  

• The chance to explore new business opportunities, meet trusted Costa Rican suppliers in one to one meeting and visits to export companies to learn about their broad product portfolio.
• Comprehensive logistical support and participants' accommodation, transportation, and meals during the event. (All participants will be responsible for travel expenses to and from Costa Rica).
• Personal support and guidance throughout the event to ensure a smooth and productive experience

Member companies having business operations or willing to explore Costa Rica pharma market are urged to participate in this Buyer Trade Mission (BTM) 2024 virtually or attend in person by sending your representatives stationed nearby Costa Rica.
