Subject: “India Pavilion” at “KOREA PHARM & BIO”, Kintex II, Goyang, South Korea from 23-26 April 2024 (Financial assistance available through MAI Scheme)


We are glad to inform that Council is organizing India Pavilion at Korea Pharm, being held at Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX), Goyang, South Korea. This is the 9th time Council is participating in the event.


Korea Pharm is an exhibition focused for Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, APIs, Chemicals, Laboratory and Packaging materials. This is the only exhibition supported by MFDS and  Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association (KPBMA). For more details, please visit their website www.koreapharm.org.


The market offers great prospects for supply of APIs, finished dosage formulations, nutraceuticals and biotech products. During the exhibition, Pharmexcil in association with Embassy of India, MFDS, KPBMA will be organising 3rd edition of "India-Korea Pharma Business Forum" during the event to benefit all the participants. The event is supported by the Kyungyon Exhibitions.


Cost of Participation:


We are pleased to inform you that with support of Government, Pharmexcil is offering Stalls in India Pavilion at concessional rates and the details of which are given below:


9 sq. meter stand    ::   Rs.  2.65 lakhs  (corner)

9 Sqmtr Stand        ::   Rs.  2.60 lakhs  (General)


Note: The above cost includes minimum furniture like 1 info counter, 1 meeting table, 2/3 chairs, 1 brochure stand, lights, fascia, 1 dust bin, electricity, badges and company name in the catalogue etc.


MAI Support to the Participants:


India Pavilion stalls are priced at concessional rates already, taking into account of the financial assistance available from Government. In addition, Members will be reimbursed their travelling expenses (economy class airfare) to a maximum extent of Rs.90,000/- per member per company and subject to the following provisions of MAI scheme Latest Guidelines& release of funds by Government,


·         The exhibitor should be a member of the Council and have completed one year of membership.

·         Export turnover of the exhibitor should be less than/upto Rs.50 crores during previous financial year.

·         Eligible members may use the following link to submit their claims for reimbursement of above assistance within 30 (thirty) days of completion of the event.



Buyer-Seller Meet:


We are happy to inform you that the organizer has assured to arrange minimum 5 to 7 Buyers from Korea and arrange One-to-One Meetings with the exhibitors participating in Indian Pavilion through Pharmexcil.


Allotment of Stalls:


With a view to make the allotment procedure easy and transparent, we made the reservation of stalls online.

Please note the following terms:


a)  Members can reserve stalls as per their choice, subject to a maximum of 2 stalls only. If any member reserves more than 2 stalls/at different locations, they are required to release one booking, keeping one of their choice.  If no mail is received within 15 minutes of booking, Council releases booking one stall, without any notice, to enable others to reserve the stalls.


b)  Payment has to be made within 10 days from the date of reservation, failing which the reservation automatically gets cancelled and it becomes open for other members to reserve.


Cancellation of stalls:


Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Reservation of stall gets automatically cancelled, if the payment is not received within the scheduled time.
