Dear Sir/Madam,

We are glad to inform you that the Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India is organizing India Pavilion in CPhI China 2023 at Shanghai New Int'l Expo Centre (SNIEC), Shanghai, China during 19-21 June 2023.

CPhI China is an event focused on APIs, Excipients, Plant Extracts, Contract Manufacturing etc. and Council is participating 10th time this event. About 3,200 exhibitors and 70,000 visitors of pharma professionals from 100 countries are expected to participate in this event. Considering the importance of the event, Council is organizing India Pavilion in 144 sq. meters of space in Hall N3. (N3B99, N3B105, N3A112, N3B97, N3A99 – 144sqm)

India Pavilion:

Council offers furnished stands of 9/6 sq. meters in size in the India Pavilion to interested members.  The cost of the stalls is given below:

6 Sq Mts Stall           3.30 Lakhs

9 Sq Mts Stall           4.82 Lakhs (corner Rs.4.85 lakhs)

All the stalls will be furnished with minimum furniture. The Cost includes taxes, minimum furniture, electricity, and listing in the exhibitor directory.

Members who are interested to participate in the event may please book a stand online on 26.April.2023 at 2pm.

 Charges/Conditions:

·   Members should pay 100% stall amount within 5 days of booking the stall

·   In case of non-receipt of payment by 01.May.2023, 50% cancellation charges shall be paid to the Council and the canceled space will be allotted to members on the waiting list, without notice.

·   No refund shall be made for cancellations after booking.

·   Once the allotment is made, the cancellation will be allowed against 100% cancellation charges only.

MAI ASSISTANCE:

Members whose export turnover during the previous year is less than Rs.50.00 crores and are having a minimum of one year (12 calendar months) membership with the council are eligible for MAI assistance subject to the other guidelines of the MAI scheme. Under the scheme Director/Partner/Proprietor/Senior Managers can avail reimbursement of economy class airfare subject to a maximum of INR 75,000/- per company and approval from Ministry.

It may also be noted that the organizing of the India Pavilion by Pharmexcil at CPHI China is subjected to the adequate response.
