Subject: DGFT's Public Notice No. 03/2023 Dt: 03 April 2023 extending the date of Track and Trace implementation up to 01.August.2023

We would like to bring to the notice of the member companies that Pharmexcil has represented to the Commerce Department on the difficulties expressed by member exporters with respect to the implementation of track and trace and requested for extension of timelines.

DGFT in this regard has kindly considered the request and issued a Public Notice No.03/2023 Dt: 03.April.2023 extending the date of implementation up to 01.08.2023 (01.August.2023).

Effect of this Public Notice: (extract)

The date for implementation of Track and Trace system for export of drug formulations with respect to maintaining the Parent-Child relationship in packaging levels and its uploading on Central portal has been extended upto 01.08.2023 (01.August.2023) for both SSI and non-SSI manufactured drugs.
