Subject: Public Notice on ALR for Controlled substancesby CBN

This is to inform that the Central Bureau of Narcotics, Gwalior has issued a Public Notice dated December 27^th, 2022 pertaining to exports of Precursor chemicals (Controlled substances), as listed in the RCS Order, 2013.

Members may please make a note that exports of Precursor chemicals (Controlled substances),would be allowed if the importing country has adequate Annual Legostimate Report (ALR) or has issued a No objection for the Import of the same. Kindly find the same attached,for ready reference.
