Pharmexcil is supporting this webinar and Mr.Uday Bhaskar, Director General is going to speak in the webinar about the Impact of Ind-Aus ECTA on Indian Pharma industry.  

With the IND-AUS ECTA came into force on 29 December 2022, both countries expect to boost bilateral trade from $27 billion to $45-50 billion within the next five years. This webinar will provide an overview of bilateral economic relations between India and Australia, the scope and key highlights of the ECTA, the benefits and opportunities for Indian businesses, services trade under the ECTA and the impact on key sectors like pharma. The discussion will focus on the preferential tariff treatment for products originating from both countries, as well as other trade facilitation measures introduced by the ECTA, such as simplified customs procedures, trade in services, cooperation in pharmaceutical products, etc.
