Subject: Attention Exporters of Pharmaceuticals to Nigeria- VC with NAFDAC, Nigeria on 31.May.2022 at 2:30 pm

This is in continuation of the Circular dt: 04.May.2022 on the subject: Alert by NAFDAC- Unprofessional Act of Indian Manufacturers/Exportersof Pharmaceutical Products in Connivance with Nigerian Importers, we would like to bring your kind notice Pharmexcil and NAFDAC has jointly convened a virtual meeting on 31.May.2022 at 2:30 pm India time.

The objective of the meeting is to understand the issues and also on the new guidelines framed by NAFDAC, in view of the recent alerts of unapproved pictorial representation and change in product formulations exports to Nigeria.

Member companies exporting pharmaceutical products to Nigeria are requested to register their participation through the google form link before 30.May.2022.
