Subject: DGFT Helpdesk for Russia-Ukraine related International Trade Issues

In view of the ongoing Russia – Ukraine conflict and probable deviations to the international trade environment, Department of Commerce, DGFT vide Trade Notice No. 36/2021-2022 has operationalized a Helpdesk to monitor and seek resolutions for issues concerning India’s International Trade.

The stakeholders on Russia/Ukraine trade related conflict may submit their issues on DGFT websitevia below steps:

Navigate to the DGFT Website (https://dgft.gov.in ) -- > Services -- > DGFT Helpdesk Service

‘Create New Request’ and select the Category as ‘Russia-Ukraine’

Alternatively, you may send your issues directly to dgftedi@nic.inwith the subject header: ‘Russia-Ukraine Trade Helpdesk’ or call the Toll-Free No at 1800-111-550

**The status of submitted issues may be tracked using the Status tracker under the DGFT Helpdesk Services.

Further, DGFT & FT(CIS) division of Department of Commerce will organize weekly virtual meetings with exporters/importers/other trade stakeholders on every Monday at 03:00 pm (IST).

Member companies having business operations in CIS region may consider joining the virtual meeting and flag specific issues (if/any) pertaining to the subject. The given Helpdesk facility may be availed suitably for submission and tracking of issues raised on the subject.
