Subject: Questionnaires on Rules of Origin wrt India-EU, India-UK and India - Canada FTA/ETA/ETP negotiations
You are kindly aware that the Department of Commerce, Government of India is working towards enhancement of bilateral trade relations around the globe with an objective of discovering the full potential of the commercial relationship among the partner nations.
With reference to the ongoing India-Canada FTA, India-EU ETA and India-UK ETP negotiations , the Dept of Commerce has prepared detailed questionnaires on Rules of Origin and sought industries comments in order to analyze the prevailing issues and develop strategies towards the planned objective.
The questionnaires as received from the department for EU, UK and Canada are separately enclosed herewith for your ready reference. It is important to gain insights from the industry for fruitful discussions in the stakeholder’s consultation meeting as scheduled in August 2021.
You are kindly requested to share the duly filled questionnaires along with detailed comments to rodelhi@pharmexcil.com latest by 5th August 2021.
