Subject: Extension in period of modification of IEC till 31.07.2021 and waiver of fees for IEC updation during July 2021-reg

We are pleased to inform that DGFT vide its notification No.11/2015-2020 dt 01.July 2021 extended the date for modification and up-dation of IEC online up to 31st July, 2021 and the notification further states that there will be no charges/fees for modification of IEC till 31.Juy.2021.

Member companies are hereby requested to update/modify their IECs electronically (as per para 2.05(d) of FTP) and may complete the process during the extended time.

Effect of this Notification: Period of the modification of IEC is extended for the year 2021-22 only till 31.07.2021, and no fees shall be charged on modifications carried out in IEC during the period upto 31.July.2021.
