Subject: Extension of RCMC validity beyond 31.March 2021 by the DGFT wide Trade Notice 4/2021-22

We would like to bring to the kind notice of member companies that the Office of the DGFT wide its Trade Notice No.4/2021-22 has extended the validity of Registration cum Membership Certificate(RCMC) upto 30.Sep.2021.

DGFT has extended the validity of RCMC and the Regional Authorities (RA) are also advised not to insist on the validity of RCMC from the companies applying for incentives/authorizations till Sep.2021.

In view of the above DGFT Trade Notice 4/2021-22 and the current pandemic, member companies can renew their RCMC's post normalcy/Sep.2021. The invoices will be shared post normalcy to the member companies for the renewal of their RCMC.
