Subject: Commercial Offers for Oxygen production devices from Russian suppliers

Pharmexcil is in receipt of a communication from Indian Embassy in Moscow regarding few Commercial offers (all attached) for Oxygen Production devices from different Russian suppliers. All of these can be airlifted at short notice from Russia to India. members may kindly note that at present we have 2 Air India and 2 Aeroflot flights (4/week) from Moscow to Delhi which have cargo supply capacities.

1. Small Oxygen concentrators

• Offered by WestMedGroup company
• 2 units available
• Offers  (95% oxygen, 16 cubic meters per hour each, each can feed approximately 70 patients simultaneously).
• Price of 1 unit is 1,20,000 Euros. (roughly 1 Cr. INR)

III. High Capacity Oxygen Concentrator (From a Tomsk based company- SIBURMETAKHIM)

1. One AKDS-70 Unit with 2 compartments:

• Price: at Russian airports, 87,000-89,000 USD
• The delivery to the airport will take up to 2 days after full payment is received.
• This cost includes remote consultation of specialist on installation, commissioning, start- up and operation of the station. The mounting of the unit at the buyer’s location is not included into the cost and is subject to separate negotiations.
• Size: 6300 mm (L)*2600 mm * 2600 mm X 2 units
• Weight: 20 MT
• Production capacity:
• for liquid oxygen or nitrogen: 70 kg/h
• for gaseous oxygen: 70 cu. m/h
• in cylinders (gaseous oxygen): 170 cylinders per 8 hours shift (This should be able to cater to a 200+ bed hospital)
• This is transportable from one facility to another on a large truck.

1. Air Separation Unit КА-0.2 :

• One unit available
• modernized and amended
• Price: The cost of a complete set of the station is 450,000 US dollars.
• It has capacity of making oxygen : 200-220 m3 / hour
• And Liquid Oxygen: 140 kg / hour
• This will take 2 weeks to be delivered to India, and will require assembly there (specialist will accompany)
• This is a fixed unit.
