Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Inputs sought by the Department on Empty container requirement.

We are in receipt of communication from the Logistics Division of the Commerce Department informing that the Division has several representations regarding the shortage of empty containers for exports.

The Division has interacted with the Container Shipping Lines Association (CSLA) and the stakeholders on the subject matter. It is therefore requested that the industry to give the projection of the requirement of containers for the next two months.

A format has been provided by the Department for submission of the empty container requirement for the coming two months i.e November & December.

Member companies are hereby requested to submit the requirement in the attached format and email to rodelhi@pharmexcil.com by 26.Oct.2020 for onward submission to the Logistics Division, DoC.
